   Attachment penetrations are resealed and reflashed for the life of the system, not just year one.

   Transfers with the house

   Moving? $0 transfer fee to the next owner. The warranty is an asset, not a footnote.

Roofing sits on a separate Owens Corning Preferred 50-year system warranty when we replace the roof. Workmanship terms are in the contract — we will walk them, not bury them.
